  Not very informative on there clock repair. Sent them a mantle clock for repair. Was told 4 mths to repair. This was in december. Then in march the clock was done. Thats great it was ahead of schedule. But noone called me. Then in april i called to check on it and the lady said it had been done for a month and was very rude about it as if it was my fault they did not call. I appreciate the prompt repair but dont appreciate the rude staff.

  HORRIBLE - Just ridiculously horrible. I sent my clock for repair, they called me over 2 weeks later saying they were closing and then BILLED ME for return shipment even though they DIDN'T EVEN OPEN the box I'd sent them. Contesting the CC charge for return shipment and looking for legal recourse to reimburse the $60+ I'm out for shipping to them in the first place (after I spoke with them on the phone and they said to ship).
