  Food's good. Good atmosphere. They only get 3 stars today because their coffee continues to be of low quality. It may start off ok, but after 2 hours in the urn not so much. This is a problem at every panera I go to. I had to ask for good coffee...then the light roast tasted like hazelnut.
  But I like Panera...just fix the coffee

  My salad was so small as carryout and it had the cord to the lettuce in it. I paid over six dollars for the salad but there was no real substance in it, it was a pitiful salad. My sandwich didn't have all the filling in it only on one side half of the sandwich. This is my second time there about two meals total and $22 and was very disappointed for the second time.

  Good quality food, quick and friendly service. The manager even came out to help work the register when the line get backed up. For what this restaurant is supposed to be, a cozy place to get simple, clean, good tasting good with a short wait, they do a great job.

  How hard is it to read delivery instructions? We have ordered from this location a few times, and every time we have asked for butter on the side. Only once have we actually received what we asked. The food is good and that is why we continue to order but still.....when you write butter on side please in three different places, you would think they wouldn't forget.
