  We went to the store 10-15 minutes before closing and ordered a simple coffee. The clerk said they only had two types remaining, so we order one cup. There was not enough to fill the cup, so the clerk asked if he could mix it with another type. We should have left at that point. He mixed the coffee then we had to ask for milk, since it has already been put away. He then charged full price for the coffee. Good customer service would have given the half-cup for free or the mixed cup at a discount. No excuses, full price and please leave because we are closing. I hope you do. We won't return.

  ...enjoyed an Americano and a cherry cordial (chocolate). My wife considered her truffle to be the best that she had. The barista seemed aloof but the cashier was very friendly without being intrusive.
